Payment Plans

Easy Payment Plan

Simplify your personal budget by spreading your annual heating costs over 12 months. This way, your monthly bill will be more manageable and predictable. This is an extremely popular option with our customers! Here’s how it works:

  • Plan begins July of each year. If you are enrolled, you will be automatically renewed each year, unless we hear from you.
  • Enjoy the convenience of automatic delivery service.
  • Pay your monthly bill by the 10th of the month to receive a 15¢ per gallon discount.
  • Choose between the Cap Payment Plan or the No Cap option. The Cap Payment Plan locks in your “cap” price of oil or propane for the season. If the market drops, you pay the lower price. There is a minimal fee for this service. A No Cap budget plan will follow market prices during the period.

Pre-Buy Price Protection

Take advantage of off-season fuel prices and purchase all of your heating oil or propane before the season even starts. Never worry about when the next inevitable price spike will hit by buying everything in one lump sum—with this option, the price is fixed and will not change during the season.

Pre-Buy Downside Price Protection

Worried that if you purchase your fuel in advance, the market might drop afterward? With Downside Protection, after you purchase a year’s worth of oil or propane, if the price drops, so does your price per gallon! There is a minimal fee associated with this plan.

Are you looking to save even more money on your fuel bills? We gladly provide additional discounts for our customers.

  • On-Time Payment
    If you pay your bill within 10 days of delivery, we will give you an additional 15¢ off every gallon!
  • Senior Citizens’ Discount
    If you are over the age of 65, we would like to extend our senior citizens’ discount. Receive 17¢ off every gallon.
  • Military and Veteran Discount
    If you are currently serving our country or have served in the past, we would like to extend our gratitude with this simple thanks. For our military men and women, we provide 17¢ off every gallon.

    Easily set up an EFT for quick and easy fuel payments directly connected to your bank account. With this price program, you also qualify for discounts for early payment!
  • Credit Card
    We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Cash
    Cash is king, and we are always open to accepting cash payments. With cash, you also can qualify for a prompt payment discount, saving you even more money!

    Not only will enrolling in emailed invoices help cut back the amount of paper we use, helping protect the environment, but getting your invoice emailed to you helps you pay quicker, getting you cash discounts for timely payments. It’s easy, fast, and helps save you money! You can sign up here.

    Looking to save money and take your mind off your heating bills? We offer our automatic billing service to all of our customers!
