I wanted to take this opportunity to extend this commendation and appreciation to Foley Oil Company and your service technician. The reason why I’m writing is to let you know that your service technician is an asset to Foley Oil Company. He went above and beyond his duty as a burner tech when inspecting my furnace this morning. As he was replacing the normal parts on a burner service call, he noticed that my expansion tank was not functional. He took the time to explain the function of this tank and what could have happened if it had gone unnoticed. He treated my furnace like it was his own. In fact, as he changed the filter and replaced it with a new one, a drop of oil fell on the floor and he immediately grabbed a rag and wiped it up. It’s obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his profession.
Thanks for the prompt response/info. By the way, I want to compliment both Aaron and Steve for their excellent communications and overall customer service during our recent purchase/install of a new heating and A/C system. I had used Aaron for about 2 years prior to him joining your team so I switched to Foley when Aaron came on board. Since the change, your company’s service has been outstanding and both of these guys represent your company very well.
Our air conditioner died today (BAD day to have a dead A/C!). We’re customers of another company but, they had no one working on air conditioners today and the schedule was full for tomorrow. They suggested I call someone else, and they gave me a name in Concord. I decided to try someone local and saw the ad in the yellow pages of Pathfinder which turned out to be the cell phone number for Aaron, who works for your company.
Luckily for us, your technician in Meredith (where we live) finishing up another call, and came to our house within about ten minutes. How lucky we were! He got our A/C fixed! He worked hard, was very knowledgeable, and was such a personable young man and it was such a relief to have such efficient service.
